Another successful experiment, this time using a homemade, dried Freesia ‘absolute’ to prefix the Shea Nilotica with. (Feel free to ask me about that process – I love to talk about it!)
I then charged it with layers and layers of fresh, wild harvested Freesia, homegrown Native Frangipani, Erlicheer, Paperwhite and regular Jonquil – yes, a lot of Yellow flowers!
This Enfleurage Perfume Balm is a creamy, sweet and floral Jonquil with notes of honey and hay.
This solid, enfleurage perfume is a limited edition. Due to the nature of it's making, this scent will never be recreated exactly as it is now. Read more about the ancient extraction method here.
