Where is The Aromatic Artisan located?

We are a home-based business on a small sheep farm near Stawell, Victoria. Stawell is just near The Grampians, but not within an Overnight Express zone. It is for this reason that I do not offer Express Post.

How long do you take to post orders?

Currently, orders are being picked, packed and posted via Australia Post, on Tuesdays. This can vary from week-to-week depending on the volume of orders that week. Once orders have left my hands, I have no control over the time it takes to reach recipients, and have the same access to tracking as you do. Almost all products that are listed for sale on my site are in stock and ready to go, with the exception of Custom items. 

 What are your postage costs?

I charge a flat fee of $12.95 for all orders, regardless of weight or value. Orders over $100 are sent for Free. If your order falls into the 'small' category, and therefore costs less to send, it will get posted Express. This however does not guarantee overnight delivery. Customers who are local to me (3380 area, only) I deliver for Free, and those in surrounding areas I can also deliver Free with prior arrangement only. I do not make special trips to other towns, I will only deliver for Free the next time I am travelling to that town.  

What is your Returns/Refund Policy?

Quite simply - if it is damaged or incorrect, I will send a replacement, or refund if out of stock. Please email with photos of damage or incorrect item to shannan@thearomaticartisan.com

Change of mind returns/refunds I don't generally accept, however if I do agree, items must be returned to me in original and re-sellable condition, and refund will be minus postage costs and a 10% restocking fee.
